40	Picture submitted on time by the end of class that day.      1.    Picture is horizontal (SIDEWAYS, right to left) in image.      2.    Picture is taken during the day time.      3.    Picture taken outside the vehicle.      4.    Picture clear (not blurry).
30	Picture submitted on time by the end of class that day. One of the four criteria missing.
20	Picture submitted on time by the end of class that day. Two of the four criteria missing.
10	Picture submitted on time by the end of class that day. Three of the four criteria missing.
Minus 10	Picture submitted a day late.
